2ee Staging & Design staging services include both vacant and occupied homes to help design spaces that look and feel right to you.

VACANT HOMES:

For vacant homes, we begin with a walkthrough of the property to understand the layout, features, and overall potential of the space. Based on the home itself, we first develop staging recommendations that focus on which rooms should be staged to best showcase the property. We then review these recommendations with the client and adjust them as needed based on budget, modifying or removing areas while maintaining the strongest overall impact. Once finalized, we bring in the furniture and accessories needed to define scale, function, and flow.

OCCUPIED HOMES:

For occupied homes, we follow a similar consultation process while incorporating the homeowner’s existing furniture and décor. We work with the client to identify which pieces can be used, how they should be rearranged, and what may need to be edited or removed to better highlight the home’s features. When needed, we add select furniture or accessories to enhance the space and prepare the home for the market.

For clients located in San Diego, we also offer in-home styling and decorating to bring the design together seamlessly. For clients outside the area, we provide detailed guidance and recommendations to help you complete the look with confidence.
